President, Principal Engineer, and Project Programmer
In addition to his degree in Computer Science, with an emphasis on Operating Systems Computers, Mr. Roark is certified in Intellution products and counts Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, Assembler (MODCOMP, x86, 68K, Z80, 8051), FORTRAN, C (ANSI, MS Visual), BASIC (Dartmouth, PICK), HTML, PERL, CASL, VEDIT Macro, RPG, COBAL, SNOBOL, and APL among his Languages. And, while his technical background is in real-time software, he is also conversant in digital hardware technology.
Roger L. Shaffer

Professional Experience
Following stints as a deck hand a tugboat, a signalman on a Navy Destroyer,
and a police officer, Mr. Shaffer was recruited by Ford Motor Company and
worked as a sculptor in the Mustang Studio at Ford's Styling Center in Dearborn,
Michigan. Moving to Florida, he later became Managing Director of the Product
Development Division of Zimmer Corporation, and thereafter Vice President
of Mobile Traveler, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Zimmer located in Junction
City, Kansas. Prior to joining Advanced Traffic Control, Mr. Shaffer practiced
commercial law in South Florida.
Publications
Mr. Shaffer is author of the articles "Traffic Control Solutions: A Light
at the End" The IMSA Journal (September/October 2002), "Productivity
Measurement: The Opportunity Element." The Police Chief (April
1980), and co-author (with Frank L. Roark) of the article "The Truth,
The Hole Truth" Transportation Technology International (June/July
2002). In addition he is the author of the books Spindletop Unwound
(Republic of Texas Press 1998) and Letters Home: A Soldier's Legacy
(Republic of Texas Press 1997).
George Griffin

Education
George Griffin holds a degree in Computer
Science, gained his experience while working for MODCOMP and counts Java,
Visual Basic, Assembler (MODCOMP, 68k), Fortran, Perl, C++, HTML, XML, Pascal,
RPG, COBAL, SNOBOL, and PL1 among his Programing languages.
Professional Experience
Designed, developed, and taught Applications Design and Development, and Custom
Operating Systems Design and Development to MODCOMP users such as Alcoa of
Australia Limited, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and the United States Navy.
